On Wednesday, August 17, starting at 7 p.m., come and learn techniques that will help you achieve the benefits of Mindfulness in the workplace.
The evening will begin with a video presentation on how to integrate Mindfulness into one’s Work setting. Our speaker is Michael Chaskalson who delivers mindfulness training to groups and senior individuals in a wide range of organizations around the world. In his presentation, he shows us how mindfulness helps us perform at our best when we’re under pressure and how it increases our capacity for resilience in stressful workplace situation.
Following the presentation, we will have opportunities to experience a number of short and practical mindfulness practices, including the mindful minute.
