Daylight Saving Time is upon us
Clocks go forward one hour this weekend for the start of daylight saving time. You might like to adjust clocks forward one hour before going to bed on Saturday night, or if you have networked digital clocks, allow the internet to do it for you.
Don’t think of it as losing an hour of sleep this weekend. Think of it as depositing an hour of sleep in a sleep bank from which you will withdraw next November 4.
