We also run outreach projects that are unique to our church:
On the last Wednesday of the month (summer included) we serve holy communion and a nutritious breakfast to people from all over the city. Volunteers provide snacks to take away, subway tokens and prayer, as well. Church members and others contribute with donations of food and funds.
As well as our own sponsorships, SJYM has partnered with neighbourhood and church groups in their sponsorships. We are currently looking forward to the arrival of a family from Uganda.
